German Parliament Approves Ratification of the UPC Agreement
Yesterday, 26 November 2020, the Bundestag passed the UPC ratification bill, exceeding the necessary two thirds majority highlighted as required by the decision of the German constitutional complaint.

The Bundesrat (upper chamber of Germany’s parliament) is expected to vote on the legislation on 18 December. EPLIT will continue to closely monitor and keep its members informed of the progress in Germany.
